Civic Center Drive, all as part of the Roll Call City's Building Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Project. Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. Resolution 10120 Prohibiting Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, adoption of Parking on Civic Resolution No. 10120 entitled, "A Resolution Prohibiting Center Drive Parking of Vehicles on Civic Center Drive." Roll Call Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. D. Approving Semi-Annual Update to City Maps (Zoning, Comp. Plan, and Existing Land Use) Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, adoption of revisions to the Zoning, Comprehensive Plan and Existing Land Use Maps for the period of January 1,2003 through June 30, 2003. Roll Call Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. E. Setting the Date for Taking Final Council Action Regarding the Ryan Company's Twin Lakes Master Developer Agreement (PF 3232) Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded, setting September 29, 2003 as the meeting date to decide whether to continue the designation or to allow the Twin Lakes development to become market-driven on a project by proj ect basis.
