Approving 2-year Extension of Roseville "Clean-Up <br />Day" Contract with Lightning Disposal, as <br />Recommended by the Public Works and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Schroeder moved, Kysylyczyn seconded extension of the <br />contract with Lightning Disposal to operate Clean-Up Day <br />through 2005. <br /> <br />Approving 2-year <br />Extension of <br />Roseville "Clean- <br />Up Day" Contract <br />with Lightning <br />Disposal <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder expressed concern regarding <br />this multi-year contract, and whether it would be possible <br />to incorporate this service into the solid waste contract to <br />spread the costs city-wide. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recognized Councilmember <br />Schroeder's preference for removing this as a General <br />Fund expense and assessing it as a service fee; but <br />addressed the disadvantages of such a proposed <br />franchising of this service. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: Schroeder. <br /> <br />D. Approving Applewood Pointe of Arona Plat Correction Approving <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded approval of the Applewood Pointe <br />request by United Properties to correct the unrecorded and of Arona Plat <br />unsigned Applewood Pointe of Arona Plat, Block 2, Lots 1 Correction <br />through 7, to allow each of the seven lots to be three (3) <br />feet wider. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />E.
