To assure the <br />Director of <br />Public Works will not serve as an Ordinance Enforcement Officer/ we <br />recommend the following <br />language changes to specify the exact meaning of ordinance language. <br /> <br />A. Bus Stops. A bench "SHALL" (replace may) <br /> <br />B. Location. A bench shall be placed "PARALLEL TO AND" no nearer. . . <br /> <br />D. Proximity. .. .within (500') of any other bench "OR WITHIN TWENTY-FIVE <br />(251) F A <br /> <br />TRANS IT SHELTER" ... <br /> <br />G.
