Second Reading and Enactment of an Ordinance Adopting a New Uniform Building Code (PF 3474) Schroeder moved, Maschka seconded, second reading of Ordinance No. 1289 entitled, "An Ordinance Which Amends Title 9 and Adopts the New Minnesota State Building Code (2003) and Updates Reconstruction Sections of Chapter 9;" which adopts the 2003 Minnesota State Building Code, effective January 1, 2004. Ayes: Nays: Roll Call Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. None. E. Final Reading and Enactment of a 2:00 a.m. Liquor Ordinance Schroeder moved, Maschka seconded, final reading and enactment of Ordinance No. 1290 entitled, "An Ordinance Amending Title Three, Sections 302.09 and 302.10 Hours of Sale and Evacuation of On-Sale Establishments;" with language amended by the City Attorney that automatically defers to Minnesota State Statute. Final Reading and Enactment of a Bus Bench Rescheduling Ordinance Final Reading and Mayor Kysylyczyn announced that by motion at a Special Enactment of a Bus Council meeting held on Thursday, July 31, 2003, this Bench Ordinance item had been rescheduled for the regular meeting scheduled for September 15, 2003.
