~~~~H~~~ <br />R~ <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />Monday, August 18, 2003 <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers Klausing, Schroeder and 5:32 p.m. <br />Maschka met in the City Council Chambers on the above date. Roll Call <br />Councilmember Kough arrived at 5:40 p.m. during the Parks and <br />Recreation Department proposed 2004 Budget discussion. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Klausing, Schroeder, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 5:32 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br />I. Public Comment Public <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of Comment <br />the audience. <br />A. Ed Burrell, 87 Mid Oaks Lane <br />Mr. Burrell provided, for public information, several <br />upcoming Candidates' Forums sponsored by the League of <br />Women Voters. Mr. Burrell provided times, locations, <br />and advised that the Forum's would be televised on C-TV. <br />II. Review Agenda Review <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any conllnents or discussion on Agenda <br />the Consent Agenda. There were no comments. <br />III. Presentations Presentations <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn, for the benefit of the audience, <br />reviewed the two 2004 proposed budget documents staff <br />would be presenting to the Council and the process for <br />consideration of the proposed budget, currently anticipated <br />
