Does the city of Roseville not support our. efforts to recycle?? If it is an issue of not being cost effective, why not add a yearly fee on our taxes ~_i. l.E~' everything else. If the compost is closed, it tf~ill cost us to recycle them in a differen community so why not keep it here. I understand that this issue wi11 be voted o everyone I know that this is on the schedule will have a chance for us residents to voice many people at I can to go to that meeting.,.
