A small increase ire a tax to cover this post for the city <br />would cost much less than what we would face without this service. !n our yard, if we had to bag all of our leaves, <br />we'd have well over 100 bags of leaves, and then pay to haul those. And we do not want to do all that bagging <br />again, even though we still do bag some and haul to the recycling center. Since we're sure we can't burn again, <br />nor should we, don't take this valuable service away from us. <br />Is this change being considered as one of the ways to pay for the proposed salary/benefits package for council <br />members?? We do not need another "tier" (city council) of city employees when we have a very competent staff. <br />We do not need full-time micro-managers of our city that is fortunate to have excellent staff members.
