'Vlith our present full cOll1plement of 10 officers [one sergeant plus nine officers], we <br />C21.n easily address specific traffic enforcement issues and respond directly to citizen concerns. In <br />addition, motorcycles can easily traverse the terrain of\vooded parks and open spaces where <br />other motorized police vebicles cannot driv~ or would have great difficulty driving.
