Roll Call <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the regular meeting to order at 6:05 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br />I. Public Comment Public <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by members of Comment <br />the audience. <br />A. Barbara Yates, 3057 Wheeler Street North <br />Ms. Yates asked the City Council to consider an ordinance <br />change allowing City Council vacancies to be filled by <br />Special Election, and not Council appointment. <br />B. Amy Ihlan, 1776 Stanbridge Avenue <br />Ms. Ihlan asked the City Council whether there would be a <br />public announcement about the possibility of Allina <br />Medical coming to Roseville's Twin Lakes development. <br />C. Joe Machyowsky, 2690 North Oxford <br />Mr. Machyowsky opposed "intruding invaders" and <br />"troublemakers" from outside Roseville speaking during <br />public comment. <br />D. Don Dame, 6740 Ashwood Road, #203, Woodbury, <br />Minnesota 55125 <br />Mr. Dame spoke contrary to Mr. Machyowsky's comment. <br />Mr. Dame also shared an opinion about City Manager <br />
