A Proclamation Welcoming Mike and Jennifer <br />Martens to Roseville <br />Councilmember Kough welcomed and presented a City <br />Proclamation to the Martens as new residents of Roseville, <br />as Mr. Martens begins his new employment with the <br />University of Minnesota Men and Women's Diving <br />Coach.
