EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, April 10, 2006 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Pust and Klausing and the following were absent: none. Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 10394 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR COUNTY ROAD C STREET RECONSTRUTION PROJECT WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council, the City Engineer has reviewed plans and specifications for the reconstruction of County Road C between Snelling A venue and Oxford street, and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The advertisement for bids for County Road C Phase II Street reconstruction shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call the bids on the basis of cash payment for such work, shall state the date and time that the bids will be received by Ramsey County at which time they will be publicly opened; and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Ramsey County for ten percent of the amount of such bid. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Pust and Klausing and the following voted against the same: none.
