<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon approval of its application by the state, <br />the City of Roseville n1ay enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota for the <br />above-referenced project(s), and that the City of Roseville certifies that it will con1ply <br />with all applicable laws and regulation as stated in all contract agreen1ents. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are <br />hereby authorized to execute such agreements as are necessary to implement the <br />proj ect( s) on behalf of the applicant. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Pust, and <br />upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Maschka, Pust and <br />Klausing. <br /> <br />the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />the following abstained: Ihlan. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
