Authorizing Livable Communities Demonstration Livable Communities Opportunity Grant Implementation - Twin Lakes Demonstration Grant Business Park Implementation Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, to authorize the Twin Lakes City Manager to sign the necessary authorizations and contracts to proceed with the identified consultants for the completion of Tasks 1-3 in Section 3 of the Report dated January 14, 2002, as part of the implementation for (and funded by) the Metropolitan Livable Communities Demonstration Fund Opportunity Grant, as follows: 1) URS/BRW; 2) Patchin Messner & Dodd, through City Attorney Campbell Knutson; and 3) Krass Monroe, P.A.
