Mr. Beets <br />noted that the decision-making had involved a lengthy <br />process; interaction with the Ramsey County Sheriffs <br />Patrol; and subsequent recommendation to the City <br />Council for funding of additional patrols on Lake Owasso, <br /> <br />Agreement for <br />Supplemental Law <br />Enforcement <br />Services <br />Lake Owasso <br />
