Other Commissioners joined in congratulating Ms. Rossini. <br />Approve Minutes of February 22, 2012 <br />Commissioner David Singleton moved and Commissioner Kristin Doneen recommended approval <br />of minutes as amended, includin� on line 201 inserting the words "during the month of March" after <br />the word "participate: and remov�ing "and resigned from the committee." <br />Report of the Chair <br />Chair Grefenberg reviewed his report which was included in the meeting�acket. He indicated his <br />experience over the last six weeks had been that several Commission committees had been <br />discussin� the same issue, this fall's constitutional amendment on bannin��ay marria�e.
