The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke and Wall and the following were absent: Maschka Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9438 RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR CB COMMERCIAL REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT A T 2582 LONG LAKE ROAD WHEREAS, CB Commercial has requested a conditional use permit to allow the placement of a commercial communications towner on a non-City tower site at 2582 Long Lake Road (PF2929); and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this request on juiy 9, 1997; and WHEREAS, the feasibility of locating the commercial communications tower at this location as opposed to a City-owned site in the area is being evaluated by City staff; and 'vVriEREAS, staff needs additional time to work with the applicant on the feasibiiity of placing the commercial communications tower on a City-owned site in the area.
