General Donations to the City of Roseville Beets overviewed the Ramsey Square donation. Kysylyczyn Inoved, Schroeder seconded to approve acceptance of the $100 donation from the Ramsey Square Association. Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough, Klausing and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. III. Hearings A. Consider Approving Annual Revisions to the City Comprehensive Plan Kysylyczyn opened the public hearing. Welsch briefly sUInmarized the changes to the COInprehensive Plan. No citizens wished to speak on this iteIn. Kysylyczyn closed the public hearing. Kysylyczyn Inoved, Schroeder seconded, , to affirm the 2001 changes and revised reforn1at, officially include the changes in the Plan, and adopt the 2001 COInprehensive Plan, noting that it is consistent with the 2002 Capitall1nprovelnent Prograln. First Reading of an Ordinance: Request by Stoney River Development for Preliminary Plat and General Concept Plan for a PUD at 495 Iona Lane Welsch extensively sun1n1arized this Developlnent.
