<br />2. The contractor selected by Roseville Twin Lakes LLC shall erect silt fencing and/or <br />appropriate run-off containment processes as required by applicable federal, state, <br />and/or local agency around the periphery of the parcel as a "best management <br />practice" to control potential stockpile erosion in the event of a rain storm - said <br />erosion control plan to be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />3. Any resulting stockpile materials shall be covered by a 10 mil reinforced poly cover <br />that will lock it down. <br /> <br />4. Water and dust palliatives shall be used to control dust from trucks on unpaved roads <br />and during the crushing/recycling operation and as required by City staff. <br /> <br />S. Street sweeping shall be used as necessary or as required by the Public Works or <br />Community Development Department to reduce dirt from affecting adjacent roadway <br />surfaces. <br /> <br />6. Truck hauling of material to be recycled and that to be replaced as base material shall <br />utilize an interior road system where/when possible to minimize traffic impacts on <br />County Road C, which interior road shall use dust agents or be watered daily. <br /> <br />7. Hours of operation shall be limited from 7:00 .a.m. to 8:00 p.m. weekdays and 7:00 <br />a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. <br /> <br />8. The Interim Use Permit shall be allowed for a period of one year (May 2006 to May <br />2007) unless otherwise requested by Roseville Twin Lakes LLC three months prior <br />(February 22, 2007) to this expiration date. <br /> <br />9. The Interim Use Permit shall be consistent with the site plan (sheet 3a - Interim Use <br />Staging) and shall comply with the best management practices as outlined in the <br />letter by Theresa Greenfield dated April 21, 2006. <br /> <br />10. Compliance with the bench handout by Braun Intertec consisting of eight <br />components to the scope of the Twin Lakes Phase I Project and entitled "IVP to <br />Allow Concrete and Asphalt Crushing, Project Environmental Scope, Twin Lakes <br />Phase I, Roseville, Minnesota"(attached); and in accordance with and as testified to <br />at the meeting by the applicant and the applicant's representatives. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, Maschka, Pust <br />and Mayor Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against: Ihlan <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
