<br />agreement between the City and the County adopted by the Ramsey County Board of <br />Commissioners on April 24, 2001; and be it further <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the city clerk provide information on the use of the Automark ballot <br />marking device to the public during the 60 days prior to the 2006 state primary and public <br />demonstrations of said device during the six weeks prior to the 2006 state primary, in <br />accordance with state law; and be it further <br /> <br />RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be provided to the Ramsey County auditor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Ihlan, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, <br />Ihlan, Pust, Maschka and Klausing and <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
