<br /> <br />HRA Priority Action Steps <br />2006 <br /> <br />Based upon the HRA 2006 Housing Plan, the following are priorities based <br />upon existing budgeted financial and staff resources. <br /> <br /> Priority Action Steps <br />1. Study and evaluate housing policies and programs and how they affect <br /> Roseville's neighborhoods and quality of life including the implementation <br /> of a Single-Family Rental Licensing Program to improve neighborhood <br /> value and livability. <br />2. Continue to provide existing Housing services and Programs including the <br /> Housing Resource Center North Metro, Ownership Loan Program, Family <br /> Affordable Housing Program and Housing Redesign Program and the <br /> Senior Housing Regeneration Program (SHRP). <br />3. Increase awareness of HRA and its programs through coordinated <br /> marketing and collaboration. <br />4. Evaluate options for funding self-sufficiency and future financial <br /> resources including the effectiveness and self sufficiency of the annual <br /> Roseville Home & Garden Fair. <br />5. Strengthen the city's relationship with City Council, City Commissions, <br /> School Districts, Local banks, realtors and non-profit service <br />
