John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn provided a Bench Handout from the <br />Pioneer Press newspaper dated Saturday, June 10, 2006 <br />entitled, "City Worker Won't Be Charged." Mr. <br />Kysylyczyn reiterated his request of the City Council to <br />answer his original complaint filed in January of 2006, <br />seeking reinstatement of liquor non-compliance penalties; <br />and for disciplinary action of the City Manager. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn reviewed his perspective of the history of <br />past practice; and past public comments of individual <br />Councilmembers. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn noted that he had purchased a web site <br />dedicated to providing factual information to the public. <br /> <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn further requested that the letter related to <br />the City Manager's actions from the Maple Grove <br />Prosecutor's office be made public knowledge. <br /> <br />B.
