<br />City of Roseville <br /> <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY 1339 <br />An Ordinance Summary Relating to <br />Employee Paid Time Off Program <br />In Lieu of Vacation and Sick Pay <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 1339 approved by the City <br />Council of Roseville on June 20, 2006. <br /> <br />The Roseville City Code is amended by establishing Paid <br />Time Off (PTO) Plan. The PTO program replaces individual <br />vacation and sick leave plans with a single leave bank for <br />both purposes, and establishes a sick leave bank of unused <br />sick leave hours accrued prior to the implementation ofPTO. <br /> <br />The City Code is further amended to prohibit any harassment <br />of City employees. <br /> <br />A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular <br />office hours in the office of the City Manager at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
