ii. Facade <br />A) Blank lengths of wall fronting a public street or <br />pedestrian connection shall not exceed 30 feet. <br />B) The primary facade (facade fronting the Build <br />To Areas, a Pedestrian Corridor, park or public <br />street) of all buildings shall be articulated <br />into distinct increments such as stepping <br />back or extending forward, use of storefronts <br />with separate windows and entrances; arcade <br />awnings, bays and balconies, variation in roof <br />lines, use of different but compatible materials <br />and textures. <br />iii. Entries: Entries shall be clearly marked and visible <br />from the sidewalk. <br />4. Parking <br />a. Parking shall be located behind the Build To Area/ <br />parking setback line. <br />b. Driveways and/or curb cuts are not allowed along the <br />Greenway Frontage. <br />c. Parking Within the Build To Area: Where parking is <br />allowed within the Build To Area, parking shall be set <br />back a minimum of 5 feet from the property line, and <br />shall be screened by a vertical screen at least 36" in <br />height (as approved by the Community Development <br />Department) with the required landscape treatment. <br />Districts 1005 -20 <br />
