<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council ofthe City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramscy, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 10'h of April, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Pust and Klausing <br />And the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10393 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDED AND RESTATED JOINT COOPERATION <br />AGREEMENT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY HRA RELATED TO COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP ACT <br />GRANTS AND FUNDS FOR FY 2007-2009 <br /> <br />This Agreement ("Agreement") is between the Ramsey County Housing and <br /> <br />Redevelopment Authority ("Authority") and the City ofRoseville, each a political subdivision of <br /> <br />the State of Minnesota, and is made pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 471.59, as amended. <br /> <br />WHEREAS Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974,42 U.S.c. <br /> <br />&5301 et seq., as amended, ("CDBG Act") provides for a program of community development <br /> <br />block grants; and. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, computation of a county's population as an Urban County may include <br /> <br />persons residing in units of general local government within the county with which it has entered <br /> <br />into cooperative agreements to undertake or to assist in the undertaking of essential activities <br /> <br />pursuant to community development block grants; and <br />
