<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Council Study Session <br />Minutes <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers <br />Monday, July 17,2006 <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called the Study Session of the Roseville City Council <br />to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers <br />on the above date and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Maschka; Pust; Kough; Ihlan and Mayor Klausing. <br /> <br />City Manager Neal Beets and City Attorney Jay Squires were also <br />present. <br /> <br />City Manager Beets introduced the City of Roseville's new <br />Community Development Director John Stark, starting employ with <br />the City today. <br /> <br />Joint Meeting with the Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission (PWETC) <br />PWETC Chair Doug Wilke introduced fellow PWETC Commissioners <br />who were present: Commissioners Ernie Willenbring; Randy Neprash <br />and Doug Wilke; and noted that Commissioners DeBenedet and Joel <br />Fischer were unavailable for tonight's meeting. <br /> <br />Public Works Staff present included City Public Works Director <br />Duane Schwartz and City Engineer Deb Bloom. <br /> <br />Maintenance of Infrastructure: Is the Council committed to <br />maximizing the life of infrastructure by fully funding preventative <br />maintenance and report of infrastructure? <br />Aging Infrastructure: Are we doing enough to make sure that we <br />are planning for replacement? <br />City Manager Beets advised that his 2007 Budget recommendations <br />would include increased funding for the City's Asset Replacement <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Joint Meeting with <br />PWETC <br />
