<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseviIIe, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 24,2006 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Pust, Ihlan and Klausing and the following were <br />absent: Kough. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10418 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING WORKING HOURS FOR <br />RAMSEY COUNTY COUNTY ROAD C PHASE II <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County is reconstructing County Road C between the East Snelling Service <br />Drive and Oxford Street; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, this construction project is scheduled to be completed in fall 2006; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the City of RoseviIIe has received a request from PCI, the County's Contractor, <br />to extend the working hours in order to finish the project on time; <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of RoseviIIe, Minnesota, that in <br />the interest of completing the project ahead of schedule, the City of RoseviIIe hereby extends the <br />working hours for the County Road C Reconstruction project for the following dates and times: <br /> <br />Saturdays <br /> <br />7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Ihlan <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Pust, Ihlan and <br />Klausing and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
