Approve Utility Relocates for the new Fire Station Project <br /> Johnson moved, McGehee seconded, authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to <br /> enter into contracts fro relocation of utilities for the two (2) cell towers located on <br /> the City Campus as part of the new fire station project, said relocation not to ex- <br /> ceed the amount of$11,563.00. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; McGehee; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 8. Consider Items Removed from Consent <br /> d. Approve "No Parking" Resolution —County Road C-2 between Hamline and <br /> Lexington Avenues <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Malinen summarized the "No Park- <br /> ing" restrictions at a result of the reconstruction of County Road C-2 as required <br /> for Municipal State Aid (MSA) system; and as detailed in the Request for Council <br /> Action(RCA) dated March 26, 2012. <br /> Willmus moved, Johnson seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10974 (Attach- <br /> ment A) entitled, "Resolution Prohibiting Parking on County Road C-2 between <br /> Hamline and Lexington Avenues." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: McGehee. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> 9. General Ordinances for Adoption <br /> 10. Presentations <br /> 11. Public Hearings <br /> 12. Business Items (Action Items) <br /> a. Adopt a Resolution Ratifying the Dissolution of the Grass Lake Water Man- <br /> agement Organization (GLWMO) and Petitioning the MN Board of Water <br /> and Soil Resources (BWSR) to Enlarge the Boundary of the Ramsey Metro <br /> Washington Watershed District(RMWWD) <br /> Public Works Director Duane Schwartz provided background information and a <br /> history of this decision to-date; as detailed in the RCA dated March 26, 2012.
