CITY OF ROSEVILLE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Monday, May 14 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following public hearing: Variance from City rode section 405.03 HOURLY RESTRICTIONS OF CERTAIN OPERATIONS:Valley Paving is seeking a variance from code section 405.03 D.Construction Activities. This section of the City's code permits construction activities to occur between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) a.m. and ten o'clock (10:00) p.m. on any weekday, or between the hours of nine o'clock (9:00) a.m. and nine o'clock (9:00) p.m. on any weekend or legal holidays. Valley Paving is the contractor for the 2012 Pavement Management Project. This project includes the rehabilitation of the pavement on West Snelling Service Drive between Roselawn and County Road B.They are seeking a variance to complete the paving of this street segment between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. for up to three nights during the • month of May or June 2012. Traffic will be temporarily disrupted during the paving.This work will also require closure of traffic lanes at each location. The Contractor is asking for the variance so that they can reduce inconvenience to these property owners and to the travelling public. How to Participate or get the decision of the City Council: 1.
