EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 24th of July, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Pust, Ihlan, and Mayor Klausing and the following were absent: Kough Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10417 A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE 60-DA Y REVIEW PERIOD FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST FOR WALSER AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, 2775 HIGHWAY 35 (PF3775) WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Walser Automotive Group for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1005.0156 and 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code to allow Motor Vehicle Dealership at 2275 Highway 35; and WHEREAS, the Plaruling Commission held the public hearing on July 12, 2006, recommending approval of the request, subject to specific conditions; and WHEREAS, the action by the Planning Commission required the applicant to submit specific documents for review by the City Planner and City Attorney and for various plans to be revised prior to submission to the City Council for consideration; and WHEREAS, the City Planner ha snot received the necessary documents to forward and discuss with the City Attorney, nor has the City Planner received the revised site plans necessary to create the project report for City Council consideration; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT for Walser Automotive Group at 2775 Highway 35 is hereby EXTENDED from August 1,2006 to September 30, 2006. It is understood final City Council action on these issues may be taken at any time prior to the end of the extension date. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Pust, Ihlan, and Mayor Klausing and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
