<br />~ <br />City Council Minutes <br />Special Meeting <br />of <br />February 22, 2002 <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members 6:00 p.m. <br />present: Kough, Schroeder, and Kysylyczyn, and the following <br />members absent: Maschka and Klausing. <br /> <br />The Mayor led a discussion about Special Meetings. Kough <br />commented on procedures used in Austin. Schroeder commented on <br />the value of as much and as many forms of notice as possible. Jamnik <br />discussed state law requirements and the differences between a special <br />meeting and an emergency meeting. <br /> <br />A. Consent Agenda Consent Agenda <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of Consent <br />Agenda Items 1-6. Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> <br />1. Approving the Concordia Meadows Atrium Burn Permit <br />Townhome Association Request for a Burn Permit at Concordia Meadows <br />506 Lovell Avenue 506 Lovell Avenue <br /> <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, to authorize the Fire <br />Marshal to issue a bum permit to the Concordia <br />Meadows Atrium Townhome Association, 506 Lovell <br />Avenue, to bum the wild growth around the retention <br />pond at the Townhome complex, conditioned upon <br />compliance with the following stipulations: a) The <br />effective date of the permit shall be from April 1, 2002 <br />through April 30, 2002; b) The bum shall be conducted <br />by acknowledged experts; and c) The Association shall <br />notify the Roseville Fire Department at least two days in <br />advance of the date of the bum. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kough, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />
