Alum treatment <br />Mindy Greiling, resident, complimented the City and the <br />researchers on their efforts. <br />Kysylyczyn indicated that the public record would be <br />kept open for three weeks and residents were encouraged <br />to submit verbal comments, emails, letters, etc., <br />regarding their responses to the Study. <br />Kough asked about citizen volunteers to help with park <br />clean up. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Land Use <br />A. Patrick Chierello Request for a Variance and <br />Conditional Use Permit to Construct a <br />Detached Accessory Building at 2415 Dale St <br />(PF3378) <br />Welsch summarized the application. Applicant was <br />present. No citizen wished to speak. Council had no <br />questions. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, to approve the 8 <br />square foot variance from Section 1004.01A5 to allow <br />construction of a detached accessory building 8 square <br />feet larger than the City Code allows for property located <br />at 2415 Dale Street, based on the comments and findings <br />in Section 5 and 6 of the project report dated April 15, <br />2002. Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of a <br />resolution approving a conditional use permit to allow <br />construction of a 32 foot by 28 foot (W6 sq.ft.) detached <br />accessory building in the rear yard of property located at <br />2415 Dale Street, based on the findings in Section 4 and <br />the conditions stipulated in Section 7 of the project <br />report dated April 15, 2002 and with the stipulation that <br />the existing garage will be razed and no additional <br />buildings will be placed on the site (besides the above <br /> <br />Variance <br />Resolution 9987 <br />CUP <br />Chierello <br />2415 Dale St <br />(PF3378) <br />
