Kysylyczyn indicated that the public record would be kept open for three weeks and residents were encouraged to submit verbal comments, emails, letters, etc., regarding their responses to the Study. Kough asked about citizen volunteers to help with park clean up. IV. Land Use A. Patrick Chierello Request for a Variance and Conditional Use Permit to Construct a Detached Accessory Building at 2415 Dale St (PF3378) Welsch summarized the application. Applicant was present. No citizen wished to speak. Council had no questions. Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, to approve the 8 square foot variance from Section 1004.01A5 to allow construction of a detached accessory building 8 square feet larger than the City Code allows for property located at 2415 Dale Street, based on the comments and findings in Section 5 and 6 of the project report dated April 15, 2002. Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, Kough, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. Kough moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of a resolution approving a conditional use permit to allow construction of a 32 foot by 28 foot (W6 sq.ft.) detached accessory building in the rear yard of property located at 2415 Dale Street, based on the findings in Section 4 and the conditions stipulated in Section 7 of the project report dated April 15, 2002 and with the stipulation that the existing garage will be razed and no additional buildings will be placed on the site (besides the above Variance Resolution 9987 CUP Chierello 2415 Dale St (PF3378)
