Land Use Agenda Change <br />This item was considered at 7:00 p.m., midway through the <br />public testimony portion of the Even-Odd Election Issue, due <br />to public notices that it would be considered at that time. <br /> <br />A Request by Bradley Hoff, 1897 Shady Beach Avenue, Bradley Hoff <br />for a Variance to Section 1012.02B2 of the Roseville 1897 Shady Beach Av <br />City Code (PF3383). Variance <br /> <br />Beets overviewed the history of this matter. <br />Kough asked what would be done with the portions of <br />the fence that may be removed <br />Schroeder commented on the cost of fences and their <br />installation and removal. <br /> <br />Schroeder moved, Maschka seconded, to approve the <br />Hoffvariances in PF 3383 subject to compliance with <br />the Mediation Agreement, including $37.58/ft. <br />reimbursement to Hoff from the City for the cost of the <br />fence and $ 12.42/ft. reimbursement for removal of the <br />fence, and having Awe Fence, a private contractor, <br />remove the fence. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder <br />and Kysylyczyn.
