Consider Interview Date/s and Time/s for Citizen Citizen Advisory Advisory Commission Applicants Commission Applicant~ Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, that no interviews of citizen advisory commission applicants this year would occur on a Monday when a Council Meeting is scheduled. Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Kough and Kysylyczyn. Nays: Maschka and Klausing. Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, that citizen advisory commission appointments would be made next Monday, May 13, with no formal City Council interviews. Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. Nays: Klausing, Maschka and Kough. Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to schedule interviews of citizen advisory commission applicants within the next two weeks but not on Monday or the interviews would be forfeited. Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. Agenda Change Added New Business - Odd-Even Ordinance XI. New Business A. Odd-Even Ordinance Odd Even Ordinance Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to direct the City Attorney to draft a new Odd-Even Ordinance for City Council consideration at its next meeting on May 13, 2002, that has the following elements: · at the 2003 City Election the Mayor and Councilmember elected at that election would serve three-year terms; · the second element would be that at the 2005 election the Council candidate receiving the most votes would serve a five-year term and the Council candidates receiving the 2nd and 3 rd most votes would serve three-year terms; and that effective with the election in 2006 all regular city elections would occur in even-numbered years.
