Consider Interview Date/s and Time/s for Citizen Citizen Advisory <br />Advisory Commission Applicants Commission Applicant~ <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, that no <br />interviews of citizen advisory commission applicants this <br />year would occur on a Monday when a Council Meeting <br />is scheduled. Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder, Kough and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: Maschka and Klausing. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, that citizen <br />advisory commission appointments would be made next <br />Monday, May 13, with no formal City Council <br />interviews. Roll Call, Ayes: Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: Klausing, Maschka and Kough. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to schedule <br />interviews of citizen advisory commission applicants <br />within the next two weeks but not on Monday or the <br />interviews would be forfeited. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: none. <br /> <br />Agenda Change <br /> <br />Added New Business - Odd-Even Ordinance <br /> <br />XI. New Business <br />A. Odd-Even Ordinance Odd Even Ordinance <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to direct the <br />City Attorney to draft a new Odd-Even Ordinance for <br />City Council consideration at its next meeting on May <br />13, 2002, that has the following elements: <br />· at the 2003 City Election the Mayor and <br />Councilmember elected at that election would <br />serve three-year terms; <br />· the second element would be that at the 2005 <br />election the Council candidate receiving the most <br />votes would serve a five-year term and the Council <br />candidates receiving the 2nd and 3 rd most votes <br />would serve three-year terms; and that effective <br />with the election in 2006 all regular city elections <br />would occur in even-numbered years. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn also asked the City Attorney to draft a <br />reverse referendum petition - with Kough, Schroeder <br />
