<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 07/10/06 <br />Minutes - Page 20 <br /> <br />5.m <br /> <br />application at this time. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan opined the need to ensure any future <br />TIF application met the City's criteria as to eligibility. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Pust seconded, adoption of Resolution <br />No. 10413 entitled, "Resolution in Support for Central <br />Community Housing Trust Application for Minnesota <br />Housing Finance Agency Funds in 2006 for the <br />Rehabilitation ofHar Mar Apartments." <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka; Pust; Kough; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Pust seconded, adoption Resolution No. <br />10414 entitled, "Resolution Identifying the Need for <br />Livable Communities Demonstration Account Funding <br />and Authorizing an Application for Grant Funds." <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka; Pust; Kough; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Approve the 800 MHz Ramsey County Dispatch <br />Agreement and Subscriber Agreements <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, City Manager Beets <br />briefly reviewed the request. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned any significant changes <br />during the lengthy negotiation process from previous draft <br />agreements discussed and reviewed by the City Council. <br /> <br />City Manager Beets responded the dispatch costs were <br />based 40% on calls and 60% on property tax valuation <br />with the shift of costs for taxpayers going to the County <br />property tax levy, rather than the City, but still ongoing. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough questioned the status of <br />disposition of existing radio equipment and their potential <br />resale value. <br /> <br />800 MHz Ramsey <br />County Dispatch <br />Agreement & <br />Subscriber <br />Agreement <br />
