(Ord. <br />972,5-13-85) <br /> <br />302.02: LICENSE REQUIRED: <br /> <br />A. General Requirement: No person, except a wholesaler or manufacturer to the extent <br />authorized under State license, shall directly or indirectly deal in, sell or keep for sale <br />in the City any nonintoxicating malt liquor or intoxicating liquor without a license to <br />do so as provided in this Chapter. <br />B. Types of Licenses: <br />1. Intoxicating liquor licenses shall be of five (5) kinds: On-sale, On-sale Wine, <br />Club, Special Sunday and Off-sale. <br />2. Nonintoxicating malt liquor licenses shall be of two (2) kinds: On-sale and Off- <br />sale. <br />C. Expiration: All intoxicating liquor and nonintoxicating malt liquor licenses shall <br />expire on December 31 of each year. <br />D. On-sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses: On-sale intoxicating liquor licenses shall be <br />issued only to hotels and restaurants and shall permit On-sale of intoxicating liquor <br />only, for consumption on the licensed premises only, in conjunction with the sale of <br />
