<br />City of <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />City Council Study Session <br />Minutes <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers <br />Monday, August 21, 2006 <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />Mayor Klausing called to order a Special Meeting of the Roseville <br />City Council at 4:07 p.m. for the purpose of interviewing five <br />candidates for a vacancy on the City's Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Ihlan; Pust; Maschka; Kough; and Mayor Klausing. <br /> <br />Special City Council Meeting - Planning Commission Interviews <br />Mayor Klausing called to order a Special Meeting of the Roseville <br />City Council at 4:07 p.m. for the purpose of interviewing five <br />candidates for a vacancy on the City's Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Vice Chair Mary Hawker Bakeman was present, <br />as well as Interim City Manager Chris Miller. <br /> <br />Candidates interviewed included: Daniel Kelsey; Gary Grefenberg; <br />David Yutesler; John Kysylyczyn; and Ildephonse Gasongo. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing recessed the meeting at 5: 15 p.m. <br /> <br />Closed Executive Session <br />Mayor Klausing reconvened the meeting at 5 :20 p.m. in Closed <br />Executive Session for a Special Executive Session of the City Council <br />in the Aspen Conference Room at the Roseville City Hall, for the <br />purpose of receiving a Litigation Update regarding Friends of Twin <br />Lakes vs. City of Roseville and Rottlund Homes (Ramsey County <br />District Court File No. C3-05-44). <br /> <br />League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) Attorney, Mr. <br />Reuvers, Counsel for the City; Mr. Jim Casserly, Development <br />Counsel for the City; and City Attorney Scott Anderson were present, <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />4:07 p.m. <br /> <br />Special City <br />Council Meeting - <br />Planning <br />Commission <br />Interviews <br />4:07 p.m. <br /> <br />Closed Executive <br />Session <br />
