A review of past zoning maps concludes <br />that the subject property has an underlying zarling of B-2, Retail Business District, which <br />will control site and use limitations. The action of the City Council on April 13, 1987, <br />approving a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development for the Shelard Group, <br />subject to 11 conditiOl,s will also control certain specific site and use of the property. <br /> <br />C Q\!
