<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the II th day of September, 2006 at <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Ihlan, Kough, Pust and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10428 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE PRELIMINARY PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2007 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate <br />limits of the City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> <br />Fund / Purpose Amount <br />General Fnnd $ 7,914,370 <br />Parks & Recreation Programs 784,045 <br />Parks Maintenance 893,405 <br />Park Improvements 175,000 <br />Pathway Maintenance 146,000 <br />Streetscape Improvements 60,000 <br />General Vehicle Replacement 130,540 <br />General Debt Service 1,625,000 <br />Total $ 11,728,360 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Ihlan, <br />Kough, Pust and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
