<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of September 2006 at <br />6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Ihlan, Kough, Pust and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10429 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PRELIMINARY 2007 ANNUAL BUDGET <br />FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville's Budget for 2007 in the amount of $32,640,799 be hereby accepted and <br />approved, with the following segregation of appropriations in the property tax-supported funds: <br /> <br /> 2006 2007 $ Increase % Increase <br />Program or Service Budget ** Budget (decrease) (decrease) <br />General Fund $ 10,615,035 $ 10,831,879 $ 216,844 2.04% <br />Parks & Recreation Fund 2,460,195 2,543,010 82,815 3.37 % <br />Parks Maintenance Fund 867,970 893,405 25,435 2.93 % <br />Parks Improvement Fund 150,000 175,000 25,000 16.67 % <br />Vehicle Renlacement Fund 496,975 550,000 53,025 10.67 % <br />Eouinment Renlacement Fund 120,000 65,000 (55,000) (45.83) % <br />Pathway Maintenance Fund 142,000 146,000 4,000 2.82% <br />Boulevard Maintenance Fund 50,000 60,000 10,000 20.00 % <br />Total $ 14,902,175 $ 15,264,294 $ 362,119 2.43 % <br /> <br />** 2006 Budget shown for comparison purposes ** <br /> <br />With the remainder of the 2007 Budget to be appropriated as specified in the annual budget <br />document, as amended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Kough <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Masehka, Ihlan, <br />Kough, Pust and Klausing <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br />
