<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Mirmesota, was held on the 25th day of September, 2006, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Klausing and Members Ihlan, Kough, <br />Maschka, and Pust; and none were absent; <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10436 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF AN UNDEVELOPED SEGMENT <br />OF THE CHANDLER AVENUE RIGHT -OF-WAY (PF3759) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, lW. Moore, Inc. and Keller-Willianls Realty have requested the vacation of <br />the above-referenced right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the easement is currently located on property butting the western lot line of <br />the property that is legally described as: <br /> <br />LOT 14, BLOCK 4, ROLLING GREEN <br />PIN: 13-29-23-320005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has determined that the right-of-way subject <br />to the request may be vacated without compromising the health, safety, or general welfare of the <br />citizens of Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Plarming Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />Right-Of- Way Vacation requested by the applicants and voted (5-0) to recommend approval of <br />the vacation, based on the findings of Section 5 of the Plarming Commission project report dated <br />September 6, 2006; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant the <br />RIGHT-OF- WAY V ACA TION adjacent to the above identified property, based on the findings <br />in Sections 5 and 6 of the project report dated September 25, 2006. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Members <br />Klausing, Kough, Maschka, and Pust; <br /> <br />And Member Ihlan voted against; <br /> <br />10f3 <br />
