<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of August, 1997 <br />at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall, and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9449 <br />RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1998 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville is submitting the following proposed tax levy on real estate within the <br />corporate limits of the City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State <br />Statutes. <br /> <br />Fund Amount <br />General Fund $3,398,770 <br />Recreation Operations 949,477 <br />Permanent Improvements 160,000 <br />G.O. Improvement Debt Service 1,150,664 <br />Equipment Financing 166,900 <br />Park Improvement Program 250,000 <br />Infrastructure Replacement Fund 200,000 <br />Total $6,275,811 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Wiski and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
