Mr. Radovich expressed concern that Mr. Iliff
appeared to be threatening an oddly-shaped structure on the
property unless his variance was approved; and his past
assurances that a standard structure could be located on the
property.

Mr. Iliffresponded that his intent was not to threaten anyone, but
to build a home consistent with what the neighborhood wanted.

Mayor Klausing closed the Public Hearing at 8:34 p.rn.

Recess Recess
Mayor Klausing recessed the meeting at approximately 8:34 p.m.
and reconvened at 8:44 p.rn.
