HRA Meeting <br />Minutes – Tuesday, April 17, 2012 <br />Page 8 <br />1 <br />4)Negotiate an agreement with the Roseville City Council for their commitment to work <br />2 <br />with the HRA Board in assembling the fire station property with the 2325 Dale Street <br />3 <br />parcel. <br />4 <br />5 <br />At the request of Vice Chair Majerus, Councilmember and HRA Member Willmus confirmed <br />6 <br />that the City Council was open to anything and everything on the table right now; and that he <br />7 <br />personally recommended that it be seriously reviewed. <br />8 <br />9 <br />Ms. Kelsey advised that staff would contact the broker for the property at 2325 Dale Street; <br />10 <br />seek status of an appraisal from their perspective; potential pursuit by staff of an appraisal for <br />11 <br />the HRA’s perspective; and in accordance with recommendation of the HRA Attorney, initiate <br />12 <br />development of a Purchase Agreement for further consideration by the HRA at their May or <br />13 <br />June of 2012 meeting. <br />14 <br />15 <br />Vide Chair Majerus confirmed, with HRA Board consensus, that staff should proceed. <br />16 <br />17 <br />10. Information Reports and Other Business (Verbal Reports by Staff and Board Members) <br />18 <br />19 <br />a.Foreclosure Update <br />20 <br />Executive Director Trudgeon provided an update on foreclosures based on data from 2009 to <br />21 <br />present (April 14, 2012); advising that it was finally trending down from 2011. <br />22 <br />23 <br />10.
