EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> * * * * * * * <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 14th day of May, 2012, at 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Pust, McGehee, Johnson; and Roe and the following <br /> members were absent: Willmus. <br /> Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 10980 <br /> FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br /> ROSEWOOD WETLAND AND MIDLAND HILLS ROAD DRAINAGE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on October 25, 2010, for the <br /> Rosewood Wetland and Midland Hills Road Drainage Improvements, Minnesota Dirt Works, <br /> Inc., of Burnsville, Minnesota, has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with <br /> this contract. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br /> and approved; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper <br /> order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract <br /> shall commence on May 14, 2012. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> McGehee and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Pust, <br /> McGehee, Johnson; and Roe and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
