<br /> <br />Mounds View was among the state's first districts to <br />reform teachers' salaries. <br />Mounds View was the fourth district in the state approved to participate in the <br />Q Camp program Now, pay is no longer based exclusively on teachers' years of experience, <br />but on dCITIOnstrated continuous ilnprovement.
