EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of August, 1997 at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Wi ski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall, and the following were absent: None. Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9450 RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO ADJUST THE PROPOSED TAX LEVY FOR BONDED DEBT WHEREAS, will be issuing Certificates of Indebtedness and WHEREAS, there are reserve funds sufficient to reduce the levy for General Improvement Issues 19,20,21,22 in the amount of $300,000 and General Improvement Issues 10,12,14,15,16, and 17 in the amount of $1 ,263,380 have either been called or refunded and are now longer outstanding NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Ramsey County Auditor be directed to increase the 1998 tax levy for the planned Certificates of Indebtedness for Equipment by $166,900 and to reduce the levy by $1,563,380, which is being paid by debt service reserves or are no longer outstanding. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
