Nays: none. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />ACI VSI (PF3224) <br />Welsch overviewed the five actions proposed under this <br />item. Judy Florine, resident, questioned Exhibit F. to <br />Tab 4 within the Council packet dealing with a <br />landscape plan. She wants to know what landscaping <br />will be between the curb and the cars in the parking lot <br />on both Lexington and Roselawn. Paschke reviewed <br />Code landscaping requirements: salt tolerance, height, <br />density, amount of lawn and other types of vegetation. <br />1. Request by Accessible Space, Inc. for Final Plat <br />approval of Roselawn Village Addition located in <br />the southeast comer of Lexington Avenue and <br />Roselawn Avenue. <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to approve the <br />request by ASI and VSI Construction for final plat <br />approval creating a two-lot subdivision. Roselawn <br />Village Addition. Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, <br />Schroeder, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: Maschka. <br /> <br />2. Request by City of Roseville to amend the <br />Comprehensive Land Use Map Designation ofa <br />vacant property commonly known as 1074 <br />Roselawn Avenue from current designations of <br />Low Density Residential and Business to High <br />Density Residential <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to adopt a <br />resolution approving the Accessible Space map <br />amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan as <br />consistent with the goals and policies of the Plan, <br />changing the map designation for the site from "LD" <br />Low Density Residential and "B" Business uses to <br />"HD" High Density Residential land uses, contingent <br />upon review/comment by the Metropolitan Council. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, and <br />Kysylyczyn.
