Judy Florine, resident, questioned Exhibit F. to Tab 4 within the Council packet dealing with a landscape plan. She wants to know what landscaping will be between the curb and the cars in the parking lot on both Lexington and Roselawn. Paschke reviewed Code landscaping requirements: salt tolerance, height, density, amount of lawn and other types of vegetation. 1. Request by Accessible Space, Inc. for Final Plat approval of Roselawn Village Addition located in the southeast comer of Lexington Avenue and Roselawn Avenue. Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to approve the request by ASI and VSI Construction for final plat approval creating a two-lot subdivision. Roselawn Village Addition. Request by City of Roseville to amend the Comprehensive Land Use Map Designation ofa vacant property commonly known as 1074 Roselawn Avenue from current designations of Low Density Residential and Business to High Density Residential Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to adopt a resolution approving the Accessible Space map amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan as consistent with the goals and policies of the Plan, changing the map designation for the site from "LD" Low Density Residential and "B" Business uses to "HD" High Density Residential land uses, contingent upon review/comment by the Metropolitan Council.
