Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to adopt a resolution approving the request by Robert Wilson, 31 07 West Owasso Boulevard, for a 13 foot variance to Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code, to allow the replacement of a carport with an attached garage and living area onto the front of the principal structure, based on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated June 17, 2002. Then, Schroeder asked about the grade of the driveway. Klausing asked why living space is not constructed in the rear of the house. Kysylyczyn asked about e-mails received on this case. Klausing asked about the finding of "hardship." Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. Resolution 10002 Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to adopt a resolution Wilson approving the request by Robert Wilson, 31 07 West Variance - Parking Owasso Boulevard, for a variance to Section 602.02 of (PF3400) the Roseville City Code, to allow residential parking on the driveway within the street right-of-way boulevard, west of the pedestrian trail, based on the findings of Section 5 of the project report dated June 17, 2002. City of Roseville Request for Re-Affirmation of a Conditional Use Permit for Northco, 1680 Terrace Drive, for Use of Site as Truck Terminal (PF3401) Welsch reported. Council Members had no questions for staff or the applicant. Schroeder moved, Klausing seconded, to adopt a resolution (draft attached) which reaffirms the current truck terminal use on the Northco site, located at 1656 Terrace Drive, as use permitted by a Conditional Use Resolution 10003 Northco 1680 Terrace Dr CUP (PF340 1)
