Nays: <br />none. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Approving Robert Lindholm Request for a Variance <br />to Exceed the 300/0 Lot Coverage Requirement of <br />Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code for <br />Property Located at 2959 Matilda Street (PF3399) <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to adopt a <br />resolution approving the request by Robert Lindholm, <br />2959 Matilda Street, for a 533 square foot (5%) variance <br />to Section 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code, to <br />allow total imperious surface coverage on the parcel to <br />be 3,827 sq.ft., based on the findings of Section 5 and <br />subject to the 11 conditions of Section 6 of the project <br />report dated June 17, 2002. Roll Call, Ayes: Kough, <br />Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />none. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Approving Request of the City of Roseville in <br />Cooperation with the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center <br />to Relocate an Existing Easement and Sanitary <br />Sewer Line, through the Easement Vacation Process <br />in the Parking Lot at 2530 Dale Street North <br />(PF3403) <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to grant approval of <br />the request by the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center to <br />vacate a certain portion of an existing utility easement, <br />accept the replacement easement description <br />establishing the new utility easement, and approve the <br />relocation of a portion of an existing sanitary sewer, <br />within the parking lot at 2530 Dale Street based on the <br />findings in Section 4 of the project report dated June 17, <br />2002.
