Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Manager Beets asked that, as the consultants were <br />in attendance tonight's meeting, the Council consider <br />hearing V. E, under Reports and Recommendations, <br />Archi tectural and Funding Concepts for an Expanded <br />Police Department Building and a Renovated Public <br />Works Maintenance Facility. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Architectural and Funding Concepts for an <br />Expanded Police Department Building and a <br />Renovated Public Works Maintenance Facility <br /> <br />City Manager Beets reintroduced this project and Mark <br />Wentzell and Pam Anderson, representing the firm of <br />Ankeny-Kell. Mr. Beets stated that once the <br />architectural firm had presented their refined site plans, <br />Acting Chief Sletner, Public Works Director Schwartz, <br />and Finance Director Miller would address their <br />respective portions of the concept plan. Bench Handouts <br />were provided outlining proposed cost estimates. <br /> <br />Mr. Wentzell presented revised site plans following <br />further discussions with Fire and Police Department <br />staffs, and City Council comments from a previous <br />meeting.
